p align="left">Thanks to Ed Schickel and Paula Esterle for all their hard work in putting the State Fair booth together and the work of Karen Lichtefeld and all the booth volunteers. A special thanks to Ed, Paula, Bob Stuckey and Ron Haynes for filling open spots and working extra shifts. This was our most informative and well represented booth. With the crowds that we saw, the Heuser Hearing Institute surpassed last year's screenings of 1,800 people. The representatives from Heuser were wonderful to work with, as well as Hamilton Relay, KCDHH and Rauch. We reached many people who were unaware of their hearing problems and all of the technology available to assist them and especially our organization. Also, thanks to the CI group members who volunteered and explained their implants to many who had not seen them before.
